genki-anon-deactivated20111116-: I live in Poland, it's legal in the European Union for sure, but it can't contain to much of thujone, so it wouldn't make you high. Some people make it themselves and it's real absinthe then, but it's not legal here. I've never tried the real one, but the taste of the one I bought is quite good, very bitter though.
